After you withdraw from your account (or close some losing positions) and the balance is less than US$3000, you can adjust the leverage back to the level of your choice via My FXOpen area.
Margin Call	At Margin Level of 20%
Stop Out	Losing trades are closed automatically at Margin Level of less than 10%
