We accept c-gold for funds deposits and withdrawals to/from your account.

Important!
We allow withdrawals only via the payment system(s) that have been used to fund your account.
Adding funds is a simple process.
Log into the My FXOpen back office area with your account login (account number) and the Trader password. Select menu “Add Funds” and the appropriate payment option in the drop down list under it. Enter the deposit amount in USD. After that you’ll be redirected to your payment system page where you will complete the deposit.
E-currency deposits are added instantly in a couple of minutes. Wire transfer deposits take from 3 to 5 working days.
If you have sent the money to your FXOpen account from an e-currency system, but it has not been added to your trading account balance, please, fill in the notification form. Log into My FXOpen and select menu Notice About Payment and the appropriate payment option in the drop down list under it. Fill in the form.
Money withdrawal is a simple 2-step process:
- Log in to My FXOpen, choose the payment option and fill in the withdrawal request form.
- Wait till you get an e-mail “Withdrawal Confirmation” from noreply@fxopen.com with a link, and click it to confirm your withdrawal.
Your withdrawal request will be checked by the finance department within 48 hours. If you withdraw via wire transfer, you will have to wait another 3-5 days before the money reaches your bank account.
